Three sittings, two papers each. Every key date for the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination this year — express-interest windows, payment confirmation periods, and exam mornings — laid out so you can plan backwards from the paper you intend to sit.

Prerequisite: Your RES course must be completed at least 1 day before you reserve a seat (i.e. before the express-interest window opens for your chosen sitting).

The two-stage process

Express interest first. Then pay to confirm.

Registration runs through the NTUC LearningHub portal in two stages. Stage one is an indication-of-interest window — you lodge your intention to sit. Stage two is the payment and confirmation window roughly two weeks later, where you secure your seat. Miss either window and you'll have to wait for the next sitting.
